I had taken in a vehicle in the past for brake related work and was very pleased with that experience. After awhile I took in a different vehicle for some simple wheel well work, after a month of driving I noticed the plastic covers I supplied were rubbing against the tires aka not properly installed. The owner suggested I get OEM covers from Ford and try to install them, again. After reviewing my purchase receipts I found that they were from Ford and OEM. I tried calling the shop to see what exactly had went wrong with the installation and was met with a horrific attitude and a suggestion to take it to Ford directly for the work, which wasn't suggested the first time, before I had spent my money with RT66. Between this and leaving lug nuts off a friend of mine's vehicle after work he had done. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone that wants things done right the first time.

Very honest and dependable. We have used Route 66 and Rick for 10+ years for all our vehicles, including some that are 17+ years old and he keeps them going for us.

If you’re looking for an old school mechanic shop with reasonable prices go see Rick. He has been taking care of my family’s vehicles for years. He only fixes the issues but will make you aware if other things need repairs. He doesn’t try to sell you things that don’t need immediate attention.

Will never take my car anywhere else! Moved to a new neighborhood, and there was a mechanic shop a few houses away. They have been there for 30 years, so I assumed they were decent turns out they were not. The guys at RT 66 are knowledgeable, hone, t and know what they are doing. Work always done on time and charge what they they quote.

The service here is really great and professional. He was able to perform the work quickly and at a really good price. Very fair and was able to point out a couple of other things and mention getting them taken care of if I wanted to. Definitely going to come back if I need any other work done.
