Novus has always been exceptional to work with! They got my car in quickly, had my windshield repaired within 15 minutes. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

I have to admit to being impressed by this shop. I had an 8:00 AM appointment that I had to cancel last minute because my RV had a maintenance issue that made it impossible to put on the road (frozen slideout). Once I had it fixed (mid-morning), I called them to see if I could still come by and they were happy to let me swing through. They were one of the only shops in the area willing to do windshield repair on a fifth wheel (two small, quarter-sized, starburst breaks due to impact with a flying stone). They did the work quickly and I couldn't believe the price: very reasonable. When I went back to get the rig and hit the road, I discovered that the young man that had worked on my windshield (Jason?) had not only stabilized the breaks, he also cleaned the entire window (not just the spots he was fixing). Being hard to reach from the ground, it was an incredibly bug-fouled window. All of that work was done standing in the bed of my truck with the rig hooked-up. I will be returning for any glass work I need done. They are definitely a go-to shop.

I developed a mysterious crack in my windshield. Terry, the lady who answers the phone. was extremely informative about repair vs replace, insurance, etc. they appear to have a great job, including reattaching the eztoll, inspection sticker, etc on my windshield. they were able to get the glass in 3 business days despite a 3 day weekend

They got me in the same day and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. It was just small chip and can hardly notice. Very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terri was excellent to work with. She communicated not only with me but also with my insurance company. Payment was made directly to Novus so I never even saw a bill. She was able to get me scheduled in 2 days. Chris came at the scheduled time and did a quick awesome repair. I highly recommend Novus!!
